Email & SMS

A reply in seconds, not the next morning.

A new inquiry gets a text with two real openings. A booked visit gets a reminder. A no-show gets a chance to pick another time. Email carries the longer note.

Thursday or Friday?Thursday works.THUSent
  • Text back to a new inquiry
  • Reminders before the visit
  • A message when someone misses the time
  • Promotional texts only with their own consent

The first text is specific

It names the service and offers times that are open. It does not ask them to “let us know.”

Reminders come from the booking

If the time moves, the reminder moves with it, because both sit on the same record.

Consent stays separate

Appointment messages and promotions are different consents. A person can reply STOP to either.

Questions about Email & SMS

Do you text people who did not opt in?

Appointment messages go to people who submitted a form, booked, or called, under the consent on that form. Promotional texts require their own opt-in. The consent language is on the form and in the Terms.

Can the message include a booking link?

Yes. The link opens the same calendar the phone agent uses, so the time they pick is held.

What if we already use another texting tool?

Ottimo sends from the workspace so the reply lands on the customer record. Tell us what you use today and we will say what moves over before you commit.
